Do I need a credit card to start?

Yes, a credit card is required to start your 30-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then.

Can I text customers during the free trial?

Texting turns on after your free trial. Once your first payment goes through, we set up your business's own texting number and the phone carriers approve it, which usually takes a few business days. Until then, review requests go by email.

Is anything limited on Pro?

No. Every feature is on both plans. The only difference is the number of locations: Pro covers 1, Team covers 2 to 10.

How does Team pricing work?

Team is $79 per location per month ($790 per location per year), starting at 2 locations (so from $158/mo) and up to 10, across one or more businesses. When you add a location, you're charged for the rest of the current billing period right away. A location you remove stays paid through the end of the billing period, with no credit for unused time, and your bill goes down at the next renewal. Adding one back before then costs nothing extra. A Team free trial includes up to 3 locations. To add more during the trial, start your paid plan early: the trial ends then and every location is charged that day. Need more than 10 locations? Can I manage more than one business?

Yes. On Team, each location counts toward your plan whether it belongs to the same business or a different one. Each business sets up its own texting number.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Pay yearly and get 2 months free: Pro is $990/yr (about $82.50/mo) and Team is $790 per location per year (about $65.83/mo). Pick Annual when you sign up, or switch any time in Settings → Billing. Switching from monthly to annual starts right away, and the prorated difference is charged that day. Switching from annual to monthly starts at your renewal.

What happens if I hit a limit?

Each location gets 500 texts and 30 AI images per month and can track up to 10 keywords. AI review replies are unlimited. If a location uses all its texts, review requests go by email until the 1st, and we let you know at 80% and 100%. At 30 AI images you can still upload your own photos. Monthly limits reset on the 1st of each month.

Can I cancel at any time?

Absolutely. Cancel any time from your settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then your subscription ends. No contracts and no setup fees.

What platforms do you support?

Ovation syncs and replies to your Google reviews, and posts to Google Business Profile, Facebook and Instagram.
