Terms of Service

By accessing or using Ovation, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Ovation is an AI-powered platform for local business reputation management. The service includes:

• AI-generated review response drafts for Google and Facebook reviews.
• Social media post generation for Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business.
• Local SEO audits and keyword recommendations.
• Post scheduling and a review management dashboard.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

Ovation offers the following plans:

• Free — Limited to 5 AI-generated review responses per calendar month. No payment required.
• Pro ($39/month) — Unlimited AI responses, full SEO audits, social post generation, and post scheduling.
• Team ($79/month) — Everything in Pro, up to 5 locations, team access, and dedicated onboarding.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

You agree not to use Ovation to:

• Generate or post content that is false, defamatory, harassing, or illegal.
• Violate the terms of service of Google, Facebook, Instagram, or any other platform.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or usage quotas.
• Use the platform for any purpose other than managing your own legitimate business reputation.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the platform.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

Ovation uses Claude (by Anthropic) to generate review responses, social posts, and SEO recommendations. These outputs are suggestions only.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before publishing it publicly. By posting a response or content, you confirm that it is accurate, appropriate, and compliant with the relevant platform's policies.

Ovation makes no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation. We are not liable for any consequences arising from content you choose to publish.

You retain ownership of your business data and any content you provide. By using Ovation, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to deliver the service.

AI-generated outputs produced using your data are yours to use. Ovation retains no claim to content generated on your behalf.

The Ovation platform, branding, and underlying software are our exclusive property.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ovation and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of revenue, reputation, or data — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Ovation is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved.

You may close your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-dashboard notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Ovation after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
