Weekend plans get made by reading reviews.
Ovation asks every group for a review after their visit, replies to each one in your voice, and writes posts for events and specials, so people looking for something fun to do nearby pick you.

We get big groups. Who gets the request?
The person who paid. You can also upload a list of other guests if you collected their contact details with permission.
Can Ovation help fill slow nights?
It writes posts for weekday specials, parties and events that you can schedule ahead of time.
Which review sites does Ovation work with?
Google, where most people check reviews before choosing a local business. Ovation also checks that your details are correct on Yelp, Apple Maps, Bing and other directories.
Do I need to change my point-of-sale or payment system?
No. Ovation connects to the payment system you already use to know when someone has been a customer. If yours isn't supported yet, you can still send review requests by hand or from a customer list.
I have more than one location. Does that work?
Yes. Each location gets its own reviews, review link, request timing and rankings, and you manage them all from one login. The Team plan covers 2 to 10 locations.
How long does setup take?
Most entertainment businesses are up and running in a few minutes: connect Google and Facebook, connect your payment system if you have one, and choose your reply settings.
